Soft Touch Oxidizing Emulsion is a new generation peroxide developer. It contains keratin conditioners and oily components to protect hair damage during the treatment of hairs and restores a natural look. Its ingredients add silkiness and shine to the hair. Usage: For bleaching: Mix three parts oxidizing emulsion vol 10 with one part of bleach powder – mild. For hair dye: Mix 2-3 parts oxidizing emulsion vol 10 with one part of hair dye for the same tone and dark. For neutralization: Thoroughly wash off the perming lotion from hair and blot dry. Apply oxidizing emulsion vol 10 for 2-3 minutes and wash off. Caution: Avoid substance contact with the eyes. In case the product comes in contact with eyes, wash immediately.
